Of course. They want to use the aid to help the Taliban and the terrorists in Kashmir. Conditions would be a nuisance...

He needs to understand the concept of "carrot and stick". No way the U.S. is going to give Pakistan a blank check -- not with Bin Laden most likey holed-up there, and reports that the Pakistani intelligence services are helping the Taliban in Afghanistan.

Babari Masjid, Mumbai Riots, Gujrat Massacre, Orissa granted but these are all issues to do with India, it's Muslims, Hindus and Christians. India will take care of itself. Let's take care of our own issues in the nation of Pakistan. Let's talk about the barbarity of Taliban and other Pakistani Mullah's. Let's not take care of India's fundamentalists ( Indians will do that) but let's look at the inch by inch and city by city advance of our own barbarians, the totally ignorant, illiterate so called scholars of Islam. It is high time that put our own house in order the rest will take care of itself.
