Remember when not so long ago, the US assisted tribesman of another nation to help them defeat invaders? Afghanistan tribesman for those of you that are too young to remember. The invading force were the Russians.

    neverknow2:

Is that supposed to be a lame joke? The US at the time helped the mujahedin to fight the stinking Russian kuffars. This time you want to make us believe the mujahedin join the stinking kuffars in fighting against the true muslims? A bizarre idea.

This story needs to be read with a giant sack of salt.

The story must be incorrect. The locals aren't grouping together to fight against the Taleban. They're growing together to join them because they're angry about the US air strikes.

    Right?

I tend to believe the article more SuperLib.

I'm also very encouraged to see the private armies want to take control of their areas and assist the Pakistani army to gain control.

Yeah SuperLib I know you were tongue in cheek. < :-)

Well daydream I do give you credit for at least showing up on this thread. You'll notice the usual "the US creates terrorist" gang never seem to get around to posting on these types of threads. If the information doesn't support their point of view they simply pretend it doesn't exist.
