    So what's the big deal, may be future generations can set a Mars space station and use water from mar ice.****

    We do not know, what that will cost. Already even ISS has taken 100s of billion USD.****

    Whatever else it may accomplish it has been a successful mission. It will be interesting to see what's suspended in the ice.

    But we knew that years ago. Heck, the North Pole ( or the South Pole ) is WAY more habitable than the warmest spot on Mars.
