It's nice to hear about some positive and uplifting news once in a while from a kind and generous and sweet pilot.

bit hesitant to agree because we do not know whose card it was.

Great news. Break from the usual doom and gloom.

And those pilots don't make much money either from what I've read. Dominos ain't bad, but a local vendor would have been much better I'd imagine. Oh I miss Primos Pizza.

The pilot will probably get reprimanded for some stupid corporate reason.

How cool! I hope the Captain gets a commendation for above-and-beyond customer service.

"Ritchie ( the pizza chain manager ) confirmed that it was the pilot who paid by credit card for the order, which was several hundred dollars, though he could not specify whose card it was."

Maybe it was the pilot's daddy's card. Tee hee! Nice news story.

awesome pilot but Domino's pizza? Not the best choice for food.

The captain probably makes less money annually than that pizza store manager.

That's like 2 slices each, are you sure the captain also isn't cheap?

He took care of his passengers. Good work. He may file for reimbursement from Frontier Airlines but no one will ever really know. Bottom line, he took care of his passengers.

Come on people. This is 10:30 pm at night on a Monday in Cheyenne, WY. I surprised that even Domino's was open. It probably was too late but you can drive from Cheyenne, WY to Denver, CO in about an hour and a half. Wonder how long the plane was stuck there.
