Whether Reeva or some "intruder", it is clear he meant to kill. Guilty

As the trial got under way inside the courtroom, the victim’s black-clad mother June came face-to-face with Pistorius for the first time since the killing.

Not true. apparently they didn't come within 10 metres of each other.

Forty national and an equal number of international journalists have been accredited to cover the case from inside the courtroom.

A South African satellite network has set up a dedicated channel to cover the trial, parts of which will be broadcast live on television, while all of it will be available in audio.

The world's obsession with celebrity continues (he said, commenting on the article ....)

Even if you buy that load of bovine feces about an intruder, once he's locked in a separate room, he's not an immediate threat. He should have called the police and kept him there. The only thing Pistorius is trying to do is protect his image. Killing an intruder could be forgivable. Killing your screaming/crying supermodel girlfriend while she's locked in the bathroom makes him look bad.

Even if everything he says were true (it isn't), I'd still send him down. That girl is dead because of him, end of story.

He looks shifty. so, if judging a book by its cover, i would vote for him not telling the truth. will be interesting to see where "justice" comes out on this one.

He fires four shots AFTER he hears his girlfriend scream???!!!! What shocks me even more is the fact that he was allowed out on bail.
