Old Boeing 737 woes again. Is this also because using planes with poorly qualified pilots. Aircrafts that are too old, should be grounded and not flying.

Qualified pilots may usually refuse to fly untrustable aircrafts and may prefer to work with other airlines.

The old 737s still flying to cuts costs, have weak national aviation check and control systems and fly in poorer nations with low air safety records. Russia/aeroflot also in this poor safety records.
