When listening to the news this morning the NTSB spokesman restated that the plane was NOT on autopilot. < :-)

Not surprised as this story has that echo chamber feel to it with its "preliminary results" caveat.

Now there is clarification that it was taken off autopilot 26 seconds before it crashed. < :-)
