How about a law that says that if the camera is turned off and anything bad happens, the worst is assumed?

Should be a non-issue with a time-stampt. If the camera is turned off at a suspicuous moment, the lawyers will have field day.

Civil rights activists and some police chiefs are warning that the Obama administration’s proposal to help local police departments buy 50,000 body cameras must come with firm rules on how to use the equipment.
President Obama is getting what he wants, more surveillance against the American people and the Left and their cronies in the leftist media comply.
President Obama has done more to curb civil rights than any other President in history. And authoritarian left is happy because that is exactly what they want, less civil rights.
These cameras that Obama is trying to get police to wear are a double edged sword.
No wonder he fanned the flames in Ferguson in an effort to get his way.
