The plot thickens. What earlier seemed to be completely random now has more chance to be a targeted hit. What was the father's history in Iraq? Why did he leave?

Headshots that only went through the windows? I find it hard to believe that anyone would sit there while one killer went from person to person. Must have been several.

she heard noises and shouts, One Hitman, maybe one driver who killed a witness as well. Prayer's and thought's to them all.

Amateur hit-men, if that's what they were.

This is messed up. Sounds to me like a localized international terrorist plan/attack. I hope the girls fully recover physically and psychologically.

father known to intelligence services

Metropolitan police Special Branch officers working with the intelligence services placed al-Hilli, under surveillance during the U.S.-led invasion of Iraq in 2003, a neighbor who claimed to have hosted them told the paper.

What we don't need is garbage gossip journalism. A neighbour told the newspaper? Nearly every single Iraqi in the UK would have had some kind of monitoring in 2003. 'Father known to intelligence services' is misleading and considering the circumstances, downright disrespectful. This has nothing to do with these tragic killings.

What was the father's history in Iraq?

Errmm, he was Iraqi.

Why did he leave?

This may be a shot in the dark, but a nasty dictator who liked to kill his political opponents comapred to a relatively peaceful life in Europe just may have had something to do with it.....

Only thing I can say is I hope that they catch the murderer.

Looks like it might be the victim's own brother one of the gunmen.....

Insane.

Why this article does not say if his brother was with them in France, or by himself in France, or he was in Britain at the time of murder? This is the first trivial question that comes to mind, and it is extremely easy to check out. Police knows it for sure. I hate this type of journalism, where they create a story, and do not present a simple check, obvious to everyone.

The newspapers are quick to label the victims as "Britons", but reading the article it turns out that were are really looking at an Arab family.

The same story happening in Iraq really would not raise many eyebrows.
