Beacause they're dropping bombs on Tikrit.

You're going to have to explain the relevance of this comment to me.
We are: with the Shiites in Iraq. Only a misguided Russian would suggest the US join with another minority in tenuous grasp of a country like the Alawites.

Obama lows the bar to get Mullahs' agreement for his legacy at all cost while ignoring Iran's terrorism activities. He declared Yemen a success model in combating terrorism, and now U.S. packed the tent again. As stated, now the Sunni Saudis act against neighboring Shiite of Yemen who is the proxy of Shiite Iran. It is just the beginning, the suffering and bloodshed will multiply in many places across the globe. Obama sleeps walking with the enemy and the world will pay the price for it, as we see in Yemen, while he is golfing with Hollywood supporters. More blunders to come by Obama.

More AP bull crap. When are some going stop taking everything the MSM says as truth. No one has any proof that Iran is supporting the Houthis, and Arab experts say the Houthis don't need Iran's help and wouldn't accept it if offered. But I welcome anyone to show me, as I have found none.
Poor little Drone master Obama has lost his puppet in Yemen and wants it back and, as proven of many US Presidents, will lie to do it.
Same thing the parrots keep saying about Russia, with no proof. Has critical thinking finally been defeated by the MSM talking heads?
Maybe the Houthis are just tired of being a US puppet state and having their women and kids killed by drones

and so the plot thickens

Yemen is a disaster. Even with a stable government, they'd likely never overcome their water crisis. Let the Saudi's have the place. http://www.newsweek.com/2015/01/30/al-qaida-plans-its-next-move-yemen-300782.html

So if virtually EVERY media around the world reports this, they are all wrong, completely?
And you don't have proof to say, otherwise, in fact, you seem like you are implying that the intelligence agency wouldn't have a clue, but you do????
And why would the intelligence agency show their hand or give all the information to our enemies. Just like Iran would never divulge where every centrifuge of theirs are.
All leaders lie, the thing is, Obama is a master at it, I will give him credit for that.

Bass, if you think President Obama is such a terrible liar, then what do you think of the ex-presidents George Bush Sr and Jr??? Anyway, this mess in Yemen with both Sunni Sauidis and Shia Iranians with their proxy war is only gonna get messier and bloodier. What should the USA do?? Make sure this BS does not spread to other countries in the region!!!
FizzBit
Well bass, I know you like to play your tit for tat word games, but I'm not gonna play. But I have a question for you.
EVEVRY media continues to report that 911 was a terrorist attack, but not ONE of your precious media has been able to, or wanted to explain how a 262 meter high, 52 floor solid concrete building, #7, can free fall in 2.5 seconds by fire. You can't!
Keep peddling your snake oil Bass, there are lots of suckers out there.

Bhwaa Haa Haa!!!
Certianley poses a problem for those Nazi lovers in Ukraine.

Right. Everyone keeps changing sides all the time. Politics. Power. Fun and games, fun n' games. But remember, obama's time is short.

@Burning Bush I have no problem if the Houthis prevail. Saudi Arabia has a joke of a military compared to the US, so we can sort it out later if necessary. In contrast with Ukraine, Russia is deliberately trying to maintain a buffer state in territory that actually matters to NATO. And it is more difficult to sort Russia out by bombings. In short there is no real hypocrisy here, whereas you still don't have an answer as to why Chechnya should not be "liberated" from your empire.
bass4funk
All politicians lie, I get it, goes with the territory, but Obama is the absolute worst of them all when it comes to lying and if you want me to give you a litany list, let me know, it might take a day....or two.
As long as Obama refuses to listen to his generals and is opposed to sending ground troops in. this BS will only get worse. Had Obama kept our forces in Iraq and established a strong SOFA with that country, we wouldn't be here now and there would be NO Caliphate. That's on him.
You don't need to play, Just pointing out, how wrong you are, that's all.
First of all, I will NOT take that stupid, stupid trap, get off topic and get a warning from the Mods. but I will say this, that argument has been debunked, not only that, but Perdue University has conducted tests after tests on exactly that, since they are one of the most prestigious engineering schools around and their tests after 5 years concluded that without a doubt, there was no hidden bomb, the heat and the impact of the planes are the cause of the integral to weaken and to collapse. Now if you want to jump in that Kool aid pool with the Illuminati and Alex Jones crowd, be my guest, but I prefer to stay and believe the facts and stay clear away from the conspiracy middle Earth realm.
Fizz, funny coming from you to say that, but I will digress. Lol

Back on topic please.

Ha! building #7 ding-a-ling. What the heck are you talking about? I think your mind wanders very easily.
Anyway, the MSM keeps parroting the "Iran-allied" crap, so, as any intelligent person should do, is never trust the government. Definitely another hegemonic move by the MIC and their controllers. So the Houthis want a revolution, and the US says NO! Disgusting
