It is frightening to behold the contempt that Attorney General Eric Holder has for states' rights. This is but one case. US Sheriffs in Arizona are right: he should be impeached and held to full account for the death and mayhem that the disastrous, traitorous Operation Gunwalker/Fast and Furious has resulted in.

Should make it legal and be done with it. Tax it and they need special license to sell. The war on drugs is a sick joke. It is a sign of the Imperial Federal Government flexing its mussels.

Just had to throw a deceitful "for the children" argument in there.
The state made the decision. Its their baby now. Butt out until you are asked for Fed.

Cigerettes should be illegal, pot is not proven to be harmful.

What a huge waste of time and money. Legalization is simply a question of when, not if; someday we'll all look back on this and laugh - and laugh and laugh, rolling on the floor laughing, and then we'll eat some more donuts.

This is dumb. Why do I care about people lighting up when there are so many more important issues to deal with right now?

The Feds always get pissy when some state or municipality dares defy their edict. And it's usually 'for the children' as well. Business as usual.
If California wants this, let California have it. What's wrong with letting people decide for themselves what they want to put into their bodies?

This is a policy I agree with Obama. I still would never vote for him, but I do support his attempt to rid our streets of dope fiends.
