Anyone who agrees with the US torturing people also agrees that its OK for other countries to torture our service members. You cant have it both ways.

The 2 should lose their licenses and should be submitted as punishment their interrogation practices (publicly).

"Mitchell and Jessen founded a Spokane-based company in 2005 that won a contract with the CIA to create the enhanced interrogation program, with the government paying it $81 million over several years, according to federal reports." . . . "The lawsuit accused the two of endorsing and teaching torture tactics under the guise of science."

Many liberals believe calling an Islamic Extremist terrorist torture. Let's define what crosses the line. I'd rather be tortured at Gitmo over anywhere with ISIS or al-Qaida any day! I want the head to stay on my shoulders or not being fried in a cage. Does that enemy deserve the utmost respect?

— They placed a detainee in coffin-like boxes and used facial slaps, abdominal slaps and facial grabs when asking him about terrorist operations planned against the United States.

— Mitchell recommended a detainee who was withholding information not be provided with any amenities, his sleep be disrupted and that loud noise be fed into his cell.

— Waterboarding a detainee.

Sleep deprivation is torture. Water-boarding is torture.

I get it, its only torture if you think its torture. I'll try that next time I get pulled over for speeding, its not speeding because I don't think it is.

I very much doubt many people consider calling anyone anything is torture.

Reading some of the straw man-flavoured stuff some people write could perhaps be classified as torture.
