The U. S. Military is located at the ports right now with humanitarian aid. They have no entension of leaving the ports unmanned to allow the Russians to move in and take possession of the ports. Russia knows they screwed up allowing in U. S. Naval vessels with aid.

The details of the plans haven't been released yet, but they will. < :-)

I said can you show me some proof not an article written on a third rate internet only rag by a unknown author who soesnt have a source or any actual documentation of anything...Since none of the web sites who have this information is more then a glorified blog I will assume you dont have any proof...

So once again please provide proof, maybe like a goverment request for money to build this base, or a press release from either country that says such... Or maybe just find me a creditable news group that has this information, like the AP,CNN,Ashai,Hell at least a news site with a .com in its address...
