I bet there is more to this story than meets the eye or is being reported, seems quiet alot of hush around this but can take a wild guess and say this women was a willing participant at some stage of what ever happened.

rape is rape, and that's what the SA police are investigating.

Its a fair point. But if its her blood on the sheet, I think we can also bet that she was no longer willing when it got to that point if not before. Sounds like someone went too far, and we usually just label that rape.

When these type of events take place around the why don't the Authorities go out and hire a bunch of HOOKERS. Then there would hopefully be no problems.

Even if she was the instigator or a willing participant, once she says "no" or "stop" if they don't, it's rape.

Having said that, I've investigated several cases where the "victim" files false rape charges. One particular case comes to mind. A married woman who's husband was overseas, filed rape charges after her father, who was a pastor, saw the"rapist" leaving his daughter's house. The "victim" refused to tell us who the guy was, and was no help in the investigation. We were being used to cover her illicit behavior.

Except that prostitution is illegal in SA and these illegal SA prostitutes are spreading AIDS.

Yes prostitution is illegal in SA but it is widespread. agreed authorities couldn't provide but the team could easily obtain. probabaly they are proud young men who don't need to pay for it. with potentially tragic results.

in new zealand they can probably get away with crimes like this. once they travel off their provincial little rock tho they need some dedicated minders to protect the locals. even better would be for serious roogby fans to contact the relevant int'l orgnaizations and petition that kiwi lads be subject to electronic surveillance of some sort, ankle bracelets that would be removed and de-activated only if they are on the playing field.
