    South Korea approved a law revision Tuesday to require all foreigners entering the country to be fingerprinted and photographed from 2012

    i.e. after 3 years and by that time pioneer of the system USA and Nippon may abolish it. why?

    Why do you think anyone is going to abolish biometric data collection such as fingerprinting and photographing of visiting cattle...I mean visiting sheeple...people, I mean people?
