It would seem that the dear little dictator has run out of luxury goods (again). In the meantime they don't want to play football with Japan. So one has to wonder at the sincerity of their offer. For about two seconds. Then you remember that any offer of good will from NK is a sham.

I hope after Kim Jong Il dies someone better and with North Korea's best interest at heart. North Korea needs help. The negotiators and ideas they have are just out there. I'd love to see our troops come home. Got to change leaders in NK first. < :-)
