An association representing the owners slammed the shutdown order as “utterly incomprehensible” and complained they hadn’t been given enough advance warning to sort out their affairs.

I guess if you operate in an area like that and don't have some sort of contingency plan then you have nobody to blame but yourself.

Defending what it called an “unavoidable” decision, the South said North Korea had been using the hundreds of millions of dollars in hard-currency cash that it earned from Kaesong to fund its nuclear weapons and ballistic missile programs. So South Korea has just figured this out? What did they think they were doing with the money?

Dont worry, the south Koreans will return some days later, they love their brothers sisters in the north so much and their obessions must resume to bring back works in Kaesong. There is the hope for a Deng Xiaoping in North Korea among the South Koreans.
