When I hear of these large tanker-type ships colliding with small fiber-glass fishing boats I am always reminded of Tomei traffic reports about a "dumpu-truck & kei-jidosha no jiko." Who always loses? Yup, the "kei-jidosha" just like the little fiber-glass fishing boats, which often have no radar-sonar reflectors on the mast as required.
Judging from Korea's past history of blaming and having become very familiar with Korean "logic", I would say that S. Korea would most likely blame Japan or the US for this accident. Wait for the flag biting, burning and animal torturing to occur soon. Should be funny to watch.

Has the official declaration from NKorea blaming the entire incident
entirely on SKorea's provocation and demand for an apology come in yet?
Nothing will come out of this, every one will just stay quiet and not blame the other. LOL....What most likely will happen is North and South Korea will get together and blame Japan for this crash....!

It's a North Korean fishing boat; you're lucky if it has a mast let alone radar or reflectors...

What happens if those missing N. Koreans ended up on Dok-do? or whatever they call those rocks S. Koreans are willing to set themselves on fire for.

LIBERTAS - it's a small sand carrier, not a "large tanker-type" ship.
