Other countries with nuclear weapons don't constantly scream abut "Nuclear War" and turning cities into seas of blood and/or fire.

NK's "leaders" will see this as weakness on SK's part and another opportunity to keep their social level. Just say, "Thank you for comment, it will be taken under consideration." President Obama is always telling what he will and will not do. Why?
