    So how much trust should be given to an editorial, even one in a state-run newspaper? Is this the official policy, or is it an indirect way to offer criticism without having to take a hard-line stance against an ally? I don't know much about interpreting this sort of thing. What do you think?

    This is a failure of S. Korea to ring in their brother up North while claiming little rocks in the ocean that don't belong to them. N. Korea will threaten for years to come.
