I think Sean Penn is so delusional that he believes that his latest nonsensical trip abroad will win him the Nobel Peace Prize.

Penn visited Iraq remember just before the Bush regime touched off the blaze, to film and capture Baghdad apparently, before the carnage he said at the time. Heh, and you won't even get to see him arrested on his return to the land of the free this time fellas!
