Something needs to be done about North Korea before the asylum inmates in charge of the country actually become a danger to the regions major players (Japan, China, Russia, South Korea and India)

NK must not have confidence the food harvest will suffice this winter. They like to wait until late summer / early fall to start with the missle launches in an effort to bring the West back to the negotiating table and win food / fuel concessions. How many times is the US and Japan going to be fooled into falling for the same scam? I wish I had a foolproof trick like NK that I could use repeatedly for decades which would bring me valuable things.

Phew! Just when Abe desperately needs something to distract from his obvious failures and pull up his sagging popularity! Get ready for this repetitive non-issue to be milked for all it's worth (including all state-controlled media reporting fake missile launches!).
