whose talking about Clinton? I am talking about William Jefferson, or is ok when a democrat gets caught in corruption?

No, I am not a supporter of Palin, I think anyone who decides to live in a place like Alaska should be committed. I just like pointing at hypocrisy on both sides.

Notice we don't hear anything about third party people? As far as I am concerned, the Dems and Repubs both are elderly Bloods and Crips.

Hey, what would happen to me if I were subpoenaed for a crime case and didn't show? I'd probably be arrested or something, no? So why aren't these people being treated as such? Like Gonzo with bush, these people themselves are criminals and should do some time for failing to show up for the court subpoenaed dates.

This is exactly dick cheney and george bush's administrations way of avoiding investigations. If Palin's like this as a governor, how's she going to be as a vice president. You think dick cheney worked the system, you ain't seen nothing. < :-)

Pure and simple: Palin is a crock.

  • USARonin at 03:35 PM JST - 27th September

Jean Colmar, then the proper thing for you to do is vote the Obama-Palin ticket. Pure and simple.

Hey, what would happen to me if I were subpoenaed for a crime case and didn't show?

This isnt a court that they are being subpoenaed to and they have to follow Alaska law on it, according to the law its a $500.00 fine for failure to appear before the senate. If it was a court of law then it would be different..

I think not showing up is a good way to stop having it used as a political item before the election, she is going to take hits because they didnt show up, but it wont be as bad as it would of been if the Democrates got to make it a horse and pony show.

So if a Republican canidate is like BUsh then a Democrate canidate is like Clinton (who had allot of legal problems as president and impeachment was started in the senate on him, and was unfaithful multiple times to his wife, had the original TrooperGate tagged to his name, and much much more) Why dont we just judge them on themselves and not try to use other people as a tool in making our points?

vote the Obama-Palin ticket. Pure and simple.

Pure but not so simple. But would be interesting if a half-black half-white male and a soccer mom became the leaders of the free world.

  • USARonin at 05:24 PM JST - 27th September

Or she could vote the McCain-Biden ticket.

these hearings must wait until the snow starts to fly.

Just the thought of all these DC pundits in Alaska in January makes me happy. -Why be easy on them, make them work like everyone else. I hope their pens freeze up.

I don't think that you realize that when we are talking about corruption, and you bring up a person's private and personal sex life, that we start to tune out everything you say. Stick to the subject at hand. Besides, had the court dealing with the Paula Jones case not gotten similarly sidetracked on what was not their business, there would have been no reason for Clinton to lie and no subsequent impeachment proceedings.

I cannot even figure out why there is an investigation here. The governor can fire the commissioner for parting his hair the wrong way. As far as I know, that is the way it is. Somebody prove me wrong if it isn't.

Was unfaithful multiple times to his wife.

Talking about McCain, eh? He even admits it but ever the gentleman, won't name names.

  • unscrejects at 10:52 AM JST - 29th September

Reasons being? 1)- They don't understand the meaning of subpoena. 2)- They couldn't find the RSVP. 3)- Somebody told them that only president Palin can tell them what to do.

  • frontandcentre at 03:25 PM JST - 29th September

Palin is such an electoral liability it's untrue, and such a gift to the Obama campaign. McCain would've done better picking almost anybody else as his running mate

  • SezWho2 at 09:12 AM JST - 30th September

    skipthesong,

USARonin, I believe, was talking about Clinton. I was more or less suggesting that Clinton doesn't have anything to do with any investigation into Palin.
