This is an outright lie. The trawling nets practically vacuuming 10% of fish in a wide area will have a profound effect on long term fish populations. Fish populations and sea biodiversity worldwide are diminishing fast and this will just solidify the trend. Good luck with that, Australia.

I hope they keep close tabs on this thing and ensure the restrictions are kept.
