What brought them to a one-party state dominated by a virulent Democratic Left where every agency of local, county, and state government is run by and for the public employee unions including law enforcement agents ? Talk in the legislator of unilateral state amnesty for illegals ? Nothing too good for our guests here. It is Utah that doesn't have a heart.

Only in America can an article about a shooting not mention, well, a gun.
That is the real story here.

No, it's just stating more about border security again. The man was deported, TWICE for felony conviction and still was able to get back into the US. Anyone able to get back into the US illegally obviously can get a gun illegally. I'm not for many gun rights, and the NRA lobbyists have way too much power in our politics, but obviously dangerous people can slip into the US as they please from Mexico.

I just love the fact that you overlook that "two Deputies" were murdered. Actually, the problem and the REAL story is, how is it that this guy was able to come back TWICE especially after a drug conviction! This is what happens when you don't have secure borders and with a border as porous as the US, it's no wonder this kind of thing would happen, but Obama and his minions want to have the country believe (No one does) that the border is safe and secure. Only 816 more days until the madness of this admin. comes a gleeful close!

Err.... so what else do you expat a shooting to take place with? I grant you, a shooting with a jelly donut, that would demand a description of the weapon.

What kind of idiot would expect an illegal alien (TWICE deported, mind you) with prior convictions to obey any law?
