    Myanmar people still have not yet seen the new draft constitution and it is only days away from the polling date. How are we suppose to vote when we have not seen the Draft Constitution ? Besides, Myanmar military leaders have not announced yet, what percentage of 'YES' vote is needed to ratify the draft. HOW FISHY CAN A COUNTRY'S (SO-CALLED) LEADER GETS?
