Never heard of this Swede but if they translate his works into English and/or Español I would be happy to read his books.

Even though I just heard his name, congrats to Mr. Transtromer. More importantly, I'm sad for Murakami Haruki for once again being ROBBED of the prize He deserves."The Swedish Academy has also been criticized for being too Euro-centric, ignoring writers from other parts of the world. Seven of the last 10 winners have been Europeans." Well, at least they have lived up to & fueled the fire of this criticism.
