    So even in front of observers, who are there to help stop the bloodshed, the protesters are getting killed.

    Nice way to justify government actions.

    It just depends on where the observers visit. What is Japan going to do about the situation? Probably nothing, just like the USA. They are too busy with Iran and the straits, which is trying to replace NK as the new bully in the yard.
