I disagree with Mr. Bush: if some bombs should fall on Assad, it is no big loss.

This should be a good lesson for dictators who decide to fire on peaceful protesters. When you create that kind of chaos, the undesirable elements have an opportunity to mobilize and create an even bigger mess. The same thing happened in The Ukraine.
