And the letters of complaint from China will follow to each of those countries he visits.

Paraguayan President-elect Fernando Lugo will have a new resident in his country next February. George W. Bush has purchased land the size of some small states there, to "ranch" after retirement. You see, Paraguay has no extradition treay with the US or many other countries whose people want Bush charged for crimes against humanity. As for the PRC, if Ma plays his cards right, he can visit as the leader of Taiwan-shien, not the R.O.C. and it would have the same effect as a visit from the Mayor of Beijing or Shanghai. Ma is shrewd, and not as inclined to poke Beijing in th eye, as Chen would have done.

No worries. The two countries Ma will visit still maintain diplomatic relations with Taiwan (ROC) and not the PRC. If Ma is allowed to do more than stretch his legs as his plane refuels on US soil, however, there will be a stink.
