Bin Laden, who was in cahoots with the Taliban, was too young to die a natural death. I wonder if he was murdered.

Yep just saw the President Obama's live speech on NBC, indeed Osama Bin Laden was taken out at some mansion in/near Islamabad, Pakistan by CIA operatives with ISI support. This is a very good starting Monday!

Killed in a firefight against American agents. Not in dingy boondock caves but a suburbia "mansion," probably living the high-life. Pakistan government informed, but was it before or after the operation, given some Pakistani sympathizers. It'd be interesting the details.

There is nothing unusual about using children for jihad. Remember, Iran sent hundreds thousands of Iranian children to meet Iraqi tanks, armed with little plastic "keys to paradise", blessed by the mullahs.

For the Taliban, a human life, child or adult, counts nothing. All that counts really is the afterlife, and dying in the course of battling for God guarantees that.

That is a totally different outlook on life than our culture has; when will our idiot politicians understand that?

A little birdy told me that the U.S had their own little offensive cooked up. I'd never go so far as to say I'm happy about the death of another human being, but this time it got pretty damn close.

If it is true I guess we know how the next elections will go.

He could mount the body on the 2012 campaign wagon and you wouldn't hear a peep of dissent from me.

Well the US really got some justice today with the slaying by its special forces of Osama Bin Laden in Pakistan. The beast is dead and with him will go much of the evil he visited upon the world just as it did with Hitler and Stalin. Hopefully, the moderate Moslems throughout the world will say enough is enough, let us put our energies into advancing our peoples with basics like freedom, education, respect for other religions, democracy.

Now that Sheik Bin Ladin is dead, the US should stop the idiotic nation building exercise in Afghanistan immediately and go home.

Lets see if Mr. "hope and change" does that.
