NEW DELHI —
Envoys of the Dalai Lama began a second round of talks with Chinese government officials Tuesday in Beijing, a spokesman of the Tibetan government-in-exile said.
The talks, which Tibetan government-in-exile officials based in India earlier said were scheduled for two days, mark the second time the two sides have met since bloody riots broke out in March and April in Tibet and neighboring areas inhabited by ethnic Tibetans.

2nd round, 3rd round...when will be the final round? Don't know, but result is known, the Dalai Lama will have to accept 'sympathy & understanding' from Hu....with a grain of salt.
