A couple of months ago someone here on JT said that the Iranians didn't want peace and equality bad enough, they quit rioting. No they didn't stop, they just were being selective of when and where to protest.
I'm glad to see them hit the streets again. I saw the Berlin Wall fall after seeing it all my life. Never thought it would ever happen. Maybe Iran will go through another revolution that is freer and allows more equal rights. < :-)

For any war you need two sides -I am against these types of battles because the populace always pays the highest price and at the highest interest rates. =the populace does not benefit, but the rich will.
Green is the color of Iran/Aryan/Persian = not revolutionary.

Me thinks that is not what they are fighting for. Where do these students get these silly ideas? Anyway, men and women who hurl bricks and stones or set tires and garbage cans ablaze should be beaten with clubs.
They have freedom. They just had an election and they lost. If anything, these protesters oppose freedom as they want to change the democratically elected president.

they throw bricks cause they are not allowed to protest peacefully. is that freedom? as for whether they had a just election, that's open to debate.
if they want foreign media coverage they should have their protest outside the foreign media offices.

Iran, left to itself, will eventually implode, and then what happens to all their unsecured nuclear stuff???

The mullahs have all the levers of power and will put an end to this uprising. Once islamic rule is established, it will never give it up again. Never, ever.

Hey, I know! Lets make motions like we are going to give these protesters full support and then watch them die awaiting reinforcement like its a football game! It was fun back when Iraqis tried to overthrow Saddam too!
