    People in the US have a right to "open carry" -Is Texas A&M considered a public or private residence.

    Without a fully functional receiver it is not considered a gun.

    It's not about people's rights, you know. Years after Columbine, Virginia Tech, I would think a person can imagine what would happen if anyone brought a gun to a public place...
