Ya can't legislate affection. If a king is truly revered, then there's no need for this law - people will just come to his defense.

Apparently you cant even step on a coin in that joint or risk being thrown in jail - because it has that old bloke's mug on it! At the end of the day, he is just like all people who call themselves "royal" around the world - claims to be more "special" than the peasants - yet in reality is just a dud.
