Right!! Mr. Joe Citizen refuse to talk to the cops for days and see where it gets him. Leaving the scene of an accident. Withholding evidence. Then how about that breathelizer test I had last time I got stopped. < :-)

adaydream, I think Joe Citizen could have avoided all of those and actually been treated lighter than Woods. It all boils down to the fact that he did not crash on public property and that no one lodged a complaint about his one car accident into a private tree. The only reason he is getting this action is for the public outcry similar to yours. Well, we got our bread and circus for today. Much more significant class discrimination continues unabated, yet I think Woods was being treated the same as most anybody in those circumstances, until today.

I think his wife accused him of something like cheating and attacked him with his own golf club. She chased him down as he fled from her abusive attack. She continued to attack his SUV and suffering from her wounds lost control of the SUV and crashed. He is too much of a nice guy to press charges against his wife, suppose it is "a guy thingy".

Tiger Woods just gave a speech were he essentially said "My fellow Americans: I have not been entirely truthful with you. I did ga-googity that girl. I ga-shmoygadeed her ga-flavity with my googis, and I am sorry."

Ironically with a girl who's boyfriend was on tool academy (a show where d-bag boyfriends get a make over and turned into a nice guy).
