What sort of comment is that, it was Human error.. ?

But I guess some sort of Automatic override should have taken over in the event of overspeeding, signalling and lane changes etc..

Terrible disaster,it is a tragedy,so many died,so many injured.If it is human error because the system put too much pressure on train driver,I hope this kind of train accident will never happen again.My sincere sympathy to all victims.
