    The hurricane didn't turn out to be too bad. It is passing through into southern Virginia now. It's just very windy and rainy in central North Carolina. If all goes well, the storm will have largely passed by the time the NC State vs. William & Mary football games kicks off in Raleigh at 6PM tonight.
