If he spends 1 billion of that fortune he can be the republican nominee. He is leading in the polls now over the hapless, timid, spineless Jeb. Jeb has said nothing about Trump calling his wife a criminal. His wife! Wow, what a loser.

The aging whites only racist crowd in the republican party are going to put Trump over the top. It will be Hillary and Trump for President. Yet another landslide victory for the democrat coming up next year.

How anyone could take this wig-wearing tool seriously is beyond me.

How anyone takes our current crop of politicians seriously is beyond me. They lie, cheat, steal, and fail, and more often than not, they end up being reelected to lie, cheat, steal, and fail some more. I am afraid that, given the other choices available, "The Donald" may actually be the best of the lot.

I am sick of having to choose between the sons, grandsons, and nephews of former politicians. I am sick of having to choose between hustlers whose greed is orders of magnitude beyond the usual unscrupulous business person or banker. I am sick of having to choose between Ivy-League educated "legacies" who only got into these schools because their fathers and grandfathers were students.

Our current president promised "Change We Can Believe in!" back in 2008. But so far most changes have been for the worse. I think I will vote for "The Donald", if only to protest the status-quo. My usual policy is to vote against any incumbent, regardless of their party.

Don't count on it. Only Satan himself could get less votes than Hillary. I was a Hillary supporter prior to 2008, I thought she was the best person at that time, and she probably was. But that was then, this is now. Hillary possesses no personal beliefs or ideology whatsoever, all she possesses is unlimited ambition, and she will say or do anything to satisfy it.

The saddest thing about America's political system is that it has fallen to the point that we end up having to choose between the likes of a Hillary or Donald. The system does not allow good people with good ideas to be part of it. It is run and controlled by crooks, and liars, and they will only allow other crooks and liars to enter.

I know that I might be out of line here but, is he wearing a wig ? You might think that with 10 billion dollars he could afford a better "hair do".

Good! Let him burn through it all, lose, and hopefully not recover.

Right on!

He's not just picking on illegal immigration, he's also talking about the control that Wall Street and K Street have over the political process, and many other issues. Something only one person, who was not a politician first, has talked about in the last 15 years, and that was Ralph Nader. Trump could be the real deal or a Hillary tool, I'll wait to see more. I certainly don't like his foreign policy stance, which could easily have me back away. He's definitely pro-Irsrael, but who isn't if they want to get elected.

There's a big difference between HAVING $10 billion and being WORTH $10 billion. I'd price this guy's worth at about a buck fifty, and only on a good hair day.

His hardline stance against immigration and China is troublesome and too offensive with no positive solutions. He is an excellent business man but is a poor diplomat delivering too many ultimate decisions. That will box him in negotiations like W. That is a big NO-NO. You know what happend to us with Iraq. Hope many will see this as his weakness.

I would love to see Trump troll all the toupee critics by stepping on stage at the debates wearing a full on English barrister's white wig. The trolling would escalate when the debate sags and Trump calls out a team of beauty pageant backup dancers with a snap of his fingers.

I think what people are trying to say is that if you set aside the fact that he's a bigot, he's not a bad guy.

Forbes Magazine, however, valued his brand at just $125 million.

Forbes has assessed his worth at 3-4 billion so I am confused. Maybe after subtracting the mortgages because Trump Tower alone is valued at 300 million.

You got a thumbs down but I thought it was pretty funny.
