Tunisians may have shot themselves in the foot if these radicals get to enforce their ideals at the end of a rifle barrel.

@afroengineer, well really I don't care who rules Tunisia but I certainly don't want some regime that allows terrorists train in their country to attack people in other countries. So why don't you keep you assumptions to you yourself.

It'd be a shame if they take a strong foothold. Tunisia has some very cool people and really good looking women. honestly.

You need to declare and enforce a constitution and bill of rights for the populace. Then you must arm your populace with guns and knowledge to keep your Gov scared of the people -that is the only way to keep the Gov out of your pants (TSA) and your taxes/tyranny low. Have your monetary system in gold or silver to keep the financial terrorists at bay. Stay away from the Ponzi scams (ObamaCare etc)

Who is "you"? You can be sure that the newly-formed islamist parties in Tunesia will be hell-bent on infusing Shariah into the constitution, including a blasphemy law like in Pakistan. And thus, Tunesia is on top of the slippery slope towards another brutal theocracy.
The idea that the revolt in Tunesia will lead to a liberal democracy is naive wishful thinking.
