. I thought that the Syrian rebels were "homegrown" and that they weren't receiving support from abroad.

Well it looks like you thought wrong.

Bush,

I thought "Assad had won".

What happened?

And of course Turkey will stop refugees fleeing bombs, but ISIS and Al Qaeda are free to come and go as they please. What a wonderful 'ally'.

Iran has said it has dispatched military advisers to Syria, but denies sending combat troops.

If iran is an ally of Assad, they should accept a few of these refugees then. Especially their fellow shiite brothers. We all know the mullahs ate gloating with all kinds of "hard cash" from the sanctions relief.

Why not put a few bucks to a good cause instead of sponsoring militants such as " Hezbollah"?

As my granny used to say, "if wishes were horses, beggars would ride".

Or in other words, it's not gonna happen.

Bush,

Ah so it's the Western media inaccurately reporting the news from the future. Got it.The bastards, you're onto them!

Mighty Russia and Assad the adored benevolent leader worshipped by every single Syrian have won and America has failed and is weak. Coming soon, week-nights on the Putin Channel ™....

It's strange that the EU is pressing Turkey to admit the refugees but at the same time they are complaining that Turkey doesn't stop them from leaving for the EU. Possibly the best solution at the moment is for the refugees to be cared for within Syria, near to the Turkish border.

As for Saudi troops fighting in Syria: I hope they are bombed out of existence by the Russians. Make them pay a heavy price for their support of IS. I can't see the Turks invading Syria after all the fuss they made about the Russian plane entering their airspace. The Russians will be looking for an excuse to bomb Turkish troops "accidentally" or otherwise.

Bush,

Thanks for the reporting from the future. Nice propaganda puff piece, although I didn't realize Doc Brown also fitted a flex capacitor to a Lada. I thought the body needed to be aluminium but I guess the hat suffices!
