Not too sure why Turkey is so anti Assad but I do hope they have peace in Syria one day.

I highly doubt Assad is going anywhere soon.

You can thumbs down all you want, but it is the reality of the situation.

Why not? That is exactly what the Assads have been doing up to now. BTW, with Turkey's bullying of the Kurds, I hardly think they are in a position to talk about internal forces and change.

If anyone is going, it is liable to be the Turk. When is the Turkish military going to do its traditional duty and overthrow this clown?

Turkey has no right to demand anything from Syria, they do have the right to listen to demands of their own Kurdish minorities.

Watch out ! Turkey's ambition is, especially under energetic push from the PM Erdogan ( an Islamist advocate ), for the revival of the Ottoman Empire. Taking a handy ride when the West is in the process of eliminating all of its neighboring enemies ( Iraq, Iran etc ), to be perhaps the leading regional power ! Forget about joining the EU ( would unlikely to be a genuine member state due to religious difference ), they are building their own camp I am afraid !

The only tinpot dictator that saw the writing on the wall was the first to fall in the Arab Spring, the ex-leader of Tunisia.
Assad will probably end up on display on the hood of a 4x4 after being Gadaffi'd. I can't say Assad doesn't deserve it but even in the end I ended up going soft and feeiling sorry for the Colonel and his demise. But I guess a revolution needs an execution....
I hope the Syrian's get more support from the West, but it doesn't look forth-coming.
