How can they "learn ways from Fukushima"? Lost day workers in allergy masks and hair nets, and and scraping radiation off the ground before sending kids out to play is not really something to teach.

See thats where you are wrong. I have said this many times, there is a lot that the world can learn from this disaster and the Japanese government and TEPCO's handling of it. The lessons are simple, note everything that these two groups did and do the complete opposite. That way not only will you actually have a handle on things quicker but your population will be fully informed and actually safe. However if you want to keep your population in the dark, unquestioning and unaware of the risks then take lessons from TEPCO, J Government and Mr Edano. If you want lessons on how to lie to the publics face about the dangers then l believe Mr Edano is the perfect man for the job. Oh and dont forget to repeat these lines often "No immediate health risk", and bow often. Seems to work here.
