U.S., Cuba to sign agreement on restarting commercial flights

How anyone other than the insane dare state that President Obama didn't bring change is beyond me.

This was another of his courageous achievements, along with the pope and even Raul Castro himself. The communist regime will not survive rapprochement, and surely Castro new this and went ahead anyway.

It will let U.S. airlines bid on routes for dozens of U.S.-Cuba flights per day.
