Danged conspiracy theorist! xD To be honest though, I wonder how many of those leaders smoke, or eat food that doesn't decrease the chances of cancerous cells growing... instability in those regions would create what benefit to the US? Or maybe, its some other country (acts paranoid) that wants to take out the South American nations D: C'mon Chavez, think outside the box!

More likely the US has developed a technology to induce stupidity in Venezuelan leaders (or maybe it just comes naturally).
