The administration’s problem is that the Russians, the Assad government and the opposition backed by the U.S. and its partners have all failed that test in the past.

Wrong. The administration dropped the ball early-on. This is why they were shoved aside by Russia. Strikes from the air was a failed strategy. It was obama who failed in the past.

Oh, but don´t you know that the Al-Nusra headcutters are all personally vetted by McCain and Obama? They are our democracy-loving friends, didnt you get the memo?
