"He said the Chinese side raised police violence in the United States, such as the shooting death a year ago of Michael Brown, an unarmed black man, by a white police officer in Ferguson, Missouri" - article
OK, so the ambassadors China employs didn't get the memo on the theft, assault and attack on a police officer Mr. Brown committed. That's understandable.
Did they get the review of AWOL's Bush global failure in his personal deception and complicity in the Iraq Invasion?
Oh, right, old news. Move along, nothing to see here.
Human rights? Ask AWOL where his moral compass was when he led an invasion of a non-combatant on the word of Vice President Dick Cheney's manipulation of CIA and Secretary of State Powell's sugar vial at the UN to the tune of three trillion dollars of privatization of global war to achieve nothing but the birth of ISIS?
Too right. Old news. Those Chinese fellas, Michael Brown? That's the kind of softball everyone can enjoy.

The Chinese government gives about as much crap about human rights has the US government does about the five Confucian relationships.

Ever heard of "the thief judges by his condition"? Best exemplified in 9/11. In order to create to wars to enrich some and to put the government in further red, the shadow government of the US sent AF planes to fire missiles at innocent people at the Twin Trade Center Towers and at the Pentagon. Then they brought them down with thermite. Now what worse human right can there be? If you still believe the lie that we were fed, it is time to search in You Tube.

Exquisite. Well done on that.

Those arrested are real human rights lawyers, defending people who wouldn't even need lawyers in most of the world outside of China. For their troubles, which include giving up lucrative commercial law careers, they receive beatings, blacklisting and in too many cases their families suffered intimidation.

The problem here is not the message but the messengers. The nation-states of China and the US are far from paragons of virtue when it comes to protecting the human rights of their own citizens and others on the planet.

The US could care less about human rights as long as it does not happen on US soil.

US Government must stop lecturing other Governments about human right issue. US Government needs to do improvement for its own poor black peoples' lives they were discriminated by Government's bureaucrats and Police force in their own country.
I'm sick of US Government foreign policy of "Do as I say" and "Don't talk about what I did".

I think both the democrats and the republicans were very tasteless especially mr.obama and their views over China is always staying behind modern times, maybe 1900.
