“We have offered to send Ambassador King to Pyongyang to secure Mr. Bae’s release.

Just send Dennis Rodman. On his own dime. The U.S. has more important things to do than spend time and money on people who voluntarily go to N.K. and wind up in trouble.

My fellow Americans, If you are foolish enough to visit a thug-ocracy such as this one (counterfeiting and meth production are state-sponsored enterprises), ESPECIALLY if you are an evangelical, an ethnic Korean, a Korean War vet, or some combination thereof, you are on your own.

This regime is perfectly willing to detain you at their whim and if they do, you are S.O.L. We've no more former Predidents, ambassadors, or drunken power forwards to save you from the logical consequences of your foolish decision.

Who is going to pay the bill for this trip - USA TAXPAYERS!. The passport application needs to be changed. "Any person who willingly and knowingly enters any country listed as a terrorist regime (etc), relinquishes the protection of the (USA) and, therefore, will not be given any help to be removed from the country at USA taxpayers expense." Any type of wording is fine. PUT IT IN ALL CAPS just above the signature line! The cost for Clinton, et al, to go to NK just for a photo op for the tyrant to save a person who made a foolish decision was paid by the USA taxpayers. Stay home, fools, or suffer the consequences. (Did Jesus go to Rome?)
