It was no issue a decade ago. What changed? Do children even know what gender really means? Is it something in the drinking water? Growth hormones in...well, everything consumed? Are we trying to appease everyone? When you grow up and want go be sexually active, do whatever you choose to do as long as it's legal and nobody get hurt. Kids are kids, they are confused enough.

Oh, thank goodness!!

[roll eyes]

This is so meaningless. Its all about divided and rule. The 1% divides and rules us over totally meaningless 'controversies'

"When I was a kid, the great debate was about how to defeat the Soviet Union. And we won. Now we are told that the great debate is about who gets to use which bathroom. This is a distraction from our real problems. Who cares?

Of course, every American has a unique identity. I am proud to be gay. I am proud to be a Republican. But most of all I am proud to be an American. I don't pretend to agree with every plank in our party's platform. But fake culture wars only distract us from our economic decline. "

Meanwhile disabled toilets are still woefully inadequate for their purpose. Priorities!

You can be a girl who thinks you are a boy, but until you remove every biological marker indicating female, I'm going to label you female. It's not bigotry, it's science.

Oh come on Joe, are you crazy?

This is modern progressive America we're talking about; what's science got to do with it. Don't you know that science is dominated by the white, cis patriarchy? Some members of the LGBTQWTF community say there are at least 76 distinct gender identities and each one deserves respect, acceptance and, of course, unfettered access to the bathroom of their choice.

Personally, my gender identity is "1963 Model XL (ironhead) 883cc Harley Davidson Sportster". I'm hoping that one day we will all be accepted for who we are and not what we are; but in the mean time I wouldn't mind having bathroom facilities reserved for people like me. When I'm in the bathroom and a " 1998 Suzuki Hayabusa (or GSX1300R)" comes in, I have to say it makes me kind of.......uncomfortable.
