This is impossible, why do they waste time even discussing it. Cut costs, cut trade, go communist and everybody has to farm. Should be easy for China.

It's the rich/largest commerce nations that do the most poluting. They should do the most to clean up the earth. < :-)

Better plan, allow countries to tap their own natural resources and not pollute other countries, let them fend for themselves, of course once its cleaned up.

But its to poor nations doing the polluting. Ah wait, global warming forgot. No pollution to see here, just a bunch of hot air. Move along, move along.

Rich western nations create by far the most pollution per capita.

It's only right they pick up the bulk of the tab.

Also, it's worth remembering that if you buy anything from China, your purchase is helping to pollute that country.

Ditto for any imported product we buy.

This is all a useless exercise in futility. Cutting "emissions" isn't going to stop the fact that emissions will continue to rise dramatically due to the industrialization of underdeveloped nations. Besides, CO2 is such a tiny proportion of the atmosphere it's crazy to get so worked up about it. Global warming will always occur - as will global cooling as long as there is a planet earth.

Actually, its developing countries that produce by far the majority of pollution. Dumping chemicals into the oceans, overharvesting fisheries, and strip mining and clear cutting the land. Ah wait, you're still referring to CO2 as pollution rather then plant food. Sorry, easy to get that mixed up. Hard to take anyone seriously when they refer to breath as pollution. Hey, you should just kill yourself and stop polluting the earth. lol.
